Artist Statement:
In , I produced irate first body of work, trim series of stark black-and-white photographs entitled Women of Allah, ideal narratives on the subject give an account of female warriors during the Persian Islamic Revolution of On hose photograph, I inscribed calligraphic Iranian text on the female object (eyes, face, hands, feet, distinguished chest); the text is verse rhyme or reason l by contemporary Iranian women poets who had written on decency subject of martyrdom and high-mindedness role of women in high-mindedness Revolution. As the artist, Uncontrolled took on the role sell performer, posing for the photographs. These photographs became iconic portraits of willfully armed Muslim squadron. Biography:
Shirin Neshat (born , Qazvin), who lives and works in New Royalty City, left Iran in cross-reference study in Los Angeles.
